It offers superb quality finishes such as rolled hems, hems with elastic, binding, flatlock seams, gathered or flat decorative seams and the double sided perfection of flat joining seams is particularly spectacular. All stitches can be selected on the Bernina 2500DCE without having to change the needle plate or presser foot! All tensions are pre-set for all stitches and all you need to do is dial the stitch you desire. The 20 stitches and their many variations are selected with one dial. The LED stitch panel shows you your choice and the preset tensions engage automatically. The tensions can be of course adjusted manually if desired. Threading is quick and simple with lay-in guides, and the ingenious lower looper threader makes light work of threading the lower looper! The Bernina 2500 DCE has been designed for perfectionists.
